CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 77(RES) was read the second time. Objections were heard. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Senator Taylor moved that CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 77(RES) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Adams objected.
